Apply a thin layer of soap to your (wet) face or body, leave on skin for 5 minuets then remove soap with a washcloth, or bath mitt.

Olive oil, grapeseed oil, black olives, potassium hydroxide, sea salt, water, lavender essential oil, spearmint essential oil.
